Organisational leaders are required to respond to the rapidly changing external environment and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. The 100% online MSc Innovation, Leadership and Management is designed to foster strategic thinking by drawing on proven leadership tools to make innovative vision an operational reality. This cross-disciplinary postgraduate programme has a particular focus on innovation and change management, while also supporting development in broader management disciplines.

Taught through an innovative online learning environment, you will connect with fellow students across the globe and share your own experiences to boost your professional development whilst building your international network. With six start dates a year, you’re not restricted to the traditional academic year and can begin your postgraduate study within weeks.

All students graduating from the York Online Management MSc programmes will receive affiliate Chartered Management Institute (CMI) membership and are awarded a Level 7 certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice. CMI is the largest professional management organisation in Europe and as an affiliate member you will have access to a range of services including a resources hub, mentoring, networking events and more.
